It’s time to spice up your selling game as a real estate agent. Buyers don’t simply want something “good” or “great” – they want something that will really pull them in to buy.

No matter what medium you’re selling with, whether it’s  online listings and advertisements or a conversation with a client,  word choice is everything. Nail down your descriptions of the property and it could be the very trigger to whether your prospects will be hooked enough to keep reading, click on links, contact you, or be their last push to buy.

So freshen up your word choice  to really impress your customers, and maybe even your old English teachers too! Here are some examples to get you started – try some out and watch those lead numbers rise!
